Soba noodles are native Japanese noodles made from buckwheat. At Azuma we make our soba handmade from scratch everyday, and provide customers with an option to choose noodle por- tions up to 300 grams. Normally, one protion is 100 grams, and thus customers can choose up to 3 portions at the same price making it healthy and fulfilling all the same time

It is said that an intake of 30mg of Rutin is ideal for a healthy daily diet, but soba contains 100mg of Rutin per 100g of buckwheat.
